ASFTV supply camera crews for many purposes whether it’s news, documentary or corporate.

We’ve supplied documentary crews for SBS and CAAMA, News crews for the ABC, Nine, Seven and Ten networks including “Dateline” and “Lateline”, and crews for general productions such as “drive.com.au”, “Outback wildlife rescue” and the BBC series “Rolf on Art”.

If you are planning on bringing a crew in from overseas, many places in Central Australia are now actively checking to see if international crews have current working visas for Australia, we can save you time, money, potential embarrassment (and possibly deportation!) by sourcing camera crews for you locally.

Be aware that qualified Audio Operators are, to put it mildly, scarce in
the outback. In fact there is only ONE in a 1200km radius of Alice so if possible book ahead. If necessary, we can supply combined Camera/audio or source an Operator from Darwin, Adelaide or Sydney for your shoot.

We also have for available a remote unit (with Driver/Operator) which includes an off-road trailer with enclosed canopy and solar power (handy for remote battery charging/lighting etc.), a 6 metre and 3 metre pipe dolly, a 4 metre high aluminium jib, two aluminium framed silver reflectors 2 X 3m. We can also run remote power up to 1600 watts continuous from a silent inverter, we have camo nets, industrial fans etc, just ask and we’ll quote for your specific package.
